Special Orders for Research

Special Order & Custom Procurement

Synclastic Elements provides a Custom Procurement Program designed to help researchers obtain specialized laboratory materials that may not be available in our standard catalog.

Not seeing the compound or research material you’re looking for in our current catalog?

Synclastic Health works with a network of trusted laboratory partners and sourcing channels to help researchers obtain specialized materials that may not be part of our standard inventory.

Through our Custom Procurement Program, we can assist with sourcing select research compounds, custom peptide preparations, or other laboratory materials that fall outside our regularly stocked offerings.

Requesting a Custom Procurement

If you are seeking a specific item that is not currently listed on our site, please contact our team to discuss availability and sourcing options.

Once a consultation has been completed and a written quote is provided, the Special Order SKU on our website can be used to process the approved procurement request.

Pricing Structure

This is a unit-based SKU valued at $5.00 per unit. Please adjust the quantity in your cart to match the total value of your approved quote.

Example: For a $50.00 custom order, please select a quantity of 10 units.

To ensure accurate and expedited processing, please include your Consultation Date or Quote ID in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.

How the Special Order Process Works

1. Consultation

Our team reviews the requested material, discusses sourcing feasibility, and confirms whether the item can be procured through our laboratory network.

2. Written Quote

Once availability is confirmed, a written quote is provided outlining the approved procurement amount and estimated lead time.

3. Special Order Checkout

After quote approval, the Special Order SKU can be used to submit payment by matching your cart quantity to the quoted total.

Important: Custom procurement items are handled on a case-by-case basis due to the specialized nature of laboratory sourcing and preparation.

Synclastic Health – Terms of Sale (Custom Orders)

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Sale apply to all Special Order, Custom Synthesis, or Bespoke Procurement items (collectively referred to as “Custom Orders”). By purchasing this Custom Order SKU, the Buyer agrees to these supplemental terms in addition to the standard Synclastic Health policies.

2. Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable (NC/NR)

Due to the specialized nature of custom procurement and laboratory resource allocation:

  • Final Sale: All Custom Orders are final once payment has been processed.
  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once procurement or synthesis has been initiated with laboratory partners.
  • No Returns: Custom-sourced compounds are not eligible for return or exchange unless a verified discrepancy in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) is documented.

3. Lead Times and Fulfillment

  • Estimates: Lead times provided during consultation are estimates based on laboratory capacity and logistics conditions.
  • Delays: Synclastic Health is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, specialized synthesis requirements, or third-party shipping carriers.

4. Research Use Only (RUO) Compliance

  • Intended Use: All materials, including peptides and custom compounds, are supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes.
  • Buyer Responsibility: The Buyer represents that they are a qualified professional or research entity and assumes all responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, and use of the materials.
  • These products are not intended for human or animal use, clinical application, or diagnostic purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Synclastic Health LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the handling or use of custom materials. Maximum liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the specific item in question.
